Trefly ("we", "us") collects the data you provide when you sign up: email address, password (hashed), business information you enter during onboarding, and usage metrics from your account.
1. Data we collect
Account data, business data, third-party social account credentials (encrypted at rest), aggregated performance metrics from the social platforms.
2. How we use it
To operate the Trefly service, generate content tailored to your business, manage your social accounts, report performance to you, and process billing through Stripe.
3. Sharing
We share data with: Supabase (hosting), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Anthropic (LLM generation, no PII), Replicate (image generation, no PII). We do not sell data.
4. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation. You can request deletion at any time via hello@trefly.io.
5. Your rights
