By using Trefly you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Trefly creates and operates AI-powered social media accounts on behalf of your business. The accounts post content generated by AI and engage with platform users within rate-limited human-paced parameters.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide. You may not use Trefly for unlawful content, hate speech, harassment, or to impersonate real people.
3. Platform risk
Social platforms (TikTok, Instagram) may suspend or ban accounts at their discretion. We mitigate but do not eliminate this risk. Banned accounts are replaced at no charge during normal operation.
4. Billing
Subscriptions billed monthly or annually via Stripe. 30-day money-back guarantee from first charge. Cancellation effective at end of current billing period.
5. AI-generated content
You own the content generated for your accounts. Trefly disclaims warranties on its accuracy or fitness for purpose. Review content periodically.
6. Limitation of liability
Trefly's liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email.
